Lots harder rock than expected

I took my elderly mother to this event, as she's a big fan of Rod Stewart's recent smooth-jazz type albums. Unfortunately, for her, the opener, Stevie Nicks, did a really very loud acid-rock type concert - which I loved but would never have taken my mother along had I known there'd be screaming guitars, etc. Honestly, I had expected to be bored as I'm not a big fan of that stuff. (I mean, think about Nicks' hits - virtually all staples of the soft-rock format.)

We left as Thee Sinseers started, again with a very loud, rock type intro. You younger folks will love it. This just isn't for the older set.

Unfortunately also, we were seated in the top of the arena - the seats up there are tiny. Also, the sound bounces off the ceiling above you and becomes very loud and boomy. It's badly lit and you'll have to climb a dozen steps, find your seats, etc. in almost total darkness.
